Residential

By the Diani beach

Our primary goal was to create a unique identity for the villa using different materials to find its singularity. Copper, granite, marble, basalt and treated wood make up the material aesthetic to this end. Respecting the climate of the region, we chose to design higher ceilings in the social area, which is located on the ground floor, along with the gourmet area and the swimming pool. Above, on the first floor, are located the suites, a family room, the office, library and a terrace. From this point, the view opens up to the sea and the landscape of Diani. It thus through a focus on materials and architecture that we sought a timeless aesthetic for the project.
