House of Privacy Walls

The challenge with this site was that it was surrounded on both sides by glass buildings that fronted onto the property - so the design had to deliver privacy as well as retain views. To this end,massive blade walls were introduced to act as lanterns bringing light in from above through the use of generous skylights. The residence features covered balconies, with direct views of the surrounding area, while the huge rooftop terrace is complete with swimming pool and garden.
