Naivasha House on A Hill

A modern take of a getaway weekend home in the semi arid Naivasha. Natural materials have been predominantly used which are in context to the sites surrounding that is arid. Bush hammered exterior cladding with earth tone concrete finish has been used for the façade. Full height window openings are incorporated for maximum use of lighting and cross-ventilation to mitigate heat gain. As the site sits on a slope, the wide window openings give a generous view to all surrounding areas.
