Prayer Room
This prayer room comes from a renovated spare bedroom for a residential house. We created a meditative space by use of materials and light play, with solid wood timber being used as the core material in both the walling clad and flooring. A patterned black wallpaper is used on the spare wall, with the storage book case and trims being of painted teal. As for lighting, we created various options and configurations that could be used to achieve a given number of outcomes, giving the occupant an array of choices to set for their mood & ambience.
